We are delighted to be hosting another Virtual Breed Appreciation Day!
Our Breed Appreciation Day is open to all; you may wish to learn more about Beagles in general, gain a better understanding of conformation and the breed standard or be interested in judging Beagles.
Judges, please note: it is mandatory to attend a Beagle BAD & pass the Multi-Choice Exam (MCE) if you wish to progress to Level 2 of The Royal Kennel Club Judges’ Education Programme for the breed. Our BAD and MCE will be run in accordance with the JEP.
Those who wish to sit the MCE must ensure they have already met the criteria for JEP Level 1;

Minimum of five years proven interest in pedigree dogs

Attend a Conformation and Movement seminar hosted by a Royal Kennel Club Accredited Trainer

Complete a minimum of two full-day stewarding appointments

Attend a Requirements of a Dog Show Judge seminar with an Accredited Trainer and pass the associated exam

Pass the Points of a Dog assessment conducted by a Royal Kennel Club Accredited Trainer
